There are many options to chose from, but in most cases you will need to set only a few of them. Here are some examples:

You can set the page size as you want! Dimensions, margins (with the difference between internal and external margins) are completely up to you, without the constraint of having to use predefined cage formats.

Furthermore, you can also choose multiple sizes for the same book. Simply create a new print profile and Manuzio will create an output for each profile. This way, if you have one size for hardcover and one for paperback, you can propagate changes to the manuscript across all versions with one click.

Manuzio has more than 20 types of positioning for images. You can also include a caption and attribute the image.

Also, the image will be turned to black and white if the book is black and white. For the epub version the image will instead be optimized so as to create a optimized file.

Automatic index creation. Furthermore, in the docx file, the chapters may not even be numbered: Manuzio will number them automatically.

You can also set the presence of prefaces/afterwords, so as to separate them in the index.

Obviously the dropcaps couldn’t be missing! Choose how many lines they should use, how big they should be, and the font!

It will also be possible to choose how many words to put in small capitals after the first letter.

Do you have any notes inside your book? No problem! Manuzio will number them automatically.

Choose the decorative line you want (if you want to use any). Simply upload the image and insert dashes into your docx file, so you’re free to experiment with different styles.
